Pam Bagley, MS

Pam Bagley is an experienced and compassionate mental health professional with over 20 years of dedicated service. Her commitment lies in supporting children, adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, and families through various life changes and challenges, guiding them towards mental, physical, educational, and personal growth.

Pam holds a Master of Science degree in K-12 School Counseling from Saint Cloud State University, complementing her Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education. Her background includes experience in school-based counseling, where she provided individual and group counseling to assist students dealing with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, divorce, family conflict, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, and academic challenges. As a special education teacher, Pam led multidisciplinary teams, where she supported students with  disabilities and challenges in the areas of autism spectrum disorders (ASD), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) hearing and visual impairments, emotional or behavioral disorders (EBD), developmental cognitive disabilities (DCD), specific learning disabilities (SLD), speech or language impairments, traumatic brain injuries, and other health disabilities such as asthma, diabetes, and epilepsy. In her work in public health, Pam facilitated numerous mental health training opportunities and led local and regional mental health efforts across education, healthcare, workforce, community, and nonprofit settings.  

Drawing from a strength-based approach, Pam fosters a safe and trusting environment, prioritizing the journey of self-discovery and awareness. She believes in the inherent ability of each individual to find healing within themselves and tailors her therapy to empower clients in their unique paths toward fulfillment and purpose. Pam’s integrative approach to therapy combines traditional and holistic methods to address the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. She offers practical, evidence-based interventions informed by her training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, which are tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Pam holds a particular passion for offering therapy and guidance in the areas of financial well-being, career development, parenting, and women's issues. Her therapeutic philosophy is centered on reflection, healing, and transformation, ultimately fostering a healthy sense of vitality and well-being. She envisions therapy as a collaborative journey towards self-discovery and clarity, aiming to support clients in realizing their vision for a fulfilling and purposeful life.

Whether through in-person sessions at the Litchfield location or telehealth therapy offered to clients across Minnesota, Pam is dedicated to providing personalized support and guidance. Under the supervision of Lindsey Greenlun, she remains committed to helping clients heal, grow, and live with clarity and peace of mind.
