Sandy Nikolov, MA

Sandy was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology at the Universidad del Salvador in 1995. In 2002, she moved to Minnesota to further expand her knowledge of the English language where she fell in love with the people and culture. Sandy now lives permanently in Minnesota with her two children, two dogs, and a very special orange cat

Sandy completed her Masters in Marriage & Family therapy at Argosy University in 2010. She then began providing family therapy for English & Spanish speakers in the twin cities metro area. She also has experience providing case management and clinical care coordination for Park Nicollet and HCMC, and supporting the MN Department of Health during the pandemic. She then increased her skills of research as a project manager for the University of Minnesota.

Sandy is passionate about providing services that can change behaviors in order to achieve an optimal life style. She enjoys providing mental health supports to English and Spanish speakers in a rural setting and is excited to be a part of the team at Wildflower Counseling.


Sandy is under the supervision of Lindsey Greenlun, LMFT.
